粘貼：金屬保溫裝飾一體板為輕型材料，自重僅為8-12公斤/平方，比現(xiàn)場(chǎng)作業(yè)的抹灰系統(tǒng)的整體重量還小，因此只需用粘結(jié)劑把TS金屬飾面保溫裝飾一體化板直接粘貼到墻面即可達(dá)到規(guī)定的粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度要求。

錨固：為了清理一樣化一體化板分層剝離的現(xiàn)象，提高一體化板的整體性能。

金屬飾面保溫裝飾一體化板專門研制了錨固件，在粘結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上，再次將一體化板與墻體牢固的連接在一起為高層建筑的外立。

接縫處理：現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安裝金屬飾面保溫裝飾一體化板時(shí)，在兩塊板之間預(yù)留10-15mm寬的接縫，待底部的粘結(jié)劑干燥后在接縫中嵌填泡沫棒，兩側(cè)貼美紋紙，再用耐候型硅膠填平整條接縫，刮平后掀下美紋紙即可。

■Seamtreatment;Wheninstallingtheinsulationanddecorationintegratedmetalpanelon site,reserveaseamof10-15mmwidthbetweenthetwopanels.Aftertheadhesiveatthe bottomisdry,insertafoamrodintheseam.Placemaskingpaperontheside,thenfillthe entireseamwithweather-resistantsilicone,andscrapeoffthemaskingpaperafter smoothing.
